Samtykkr is provided by Northflow Technologies AS, company no. 936 979 815. The free version is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Pro is sold separately.
Responsibility
Samtykkr gives you a consent solution that is correct under the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act section 3-15 and the guidance of the Data Protection Authority. Responsibility for your site's compliance rests with you as the site owner and depends on correct configuration and which services the site uses. We promise no more than this.
Payment
Payment for Pro is handled via Stripe. Northflow Technologies AS is the invoicing party. All prices are stated excluding VAT.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on samtykkr.no.
